By using the Wartale service (hereafter also defined as "Wartale"), you (hereafter also defined as "User") agree to the following terms (hereafter also defined as "Terms of Service"):

Using the Wartale service includes, but is not limited to, using the Website, using the Forum, registering a Game Account, downloading and using files provided by Wartale.

Service Policy:
- Any User must respect all staff members, THREATEN, HARRASSING, CURSING, OR ANY VERBAL ASSAULT towards staff members is a top offence.
- Wartale reserves the right to remove any User's access to Wartale at any time for any reason. See Penalty Policy below.
- Any User who is caught using any unauthorized third party programs that directly and/or indirectly modifies the Wartale service will result in being permanently banned from Wartale. 
- It is not allowed to buy or sell Wartale content using real-life currency.
- Wartale carries no responsibility of a Game Account's security, if you give out the password of a Game Account, you are putting the Game Account and/or its data in jeopardy of being stolen.
- You obey the game rules, which can be found on our website. If you are caught breaking any rule, that may result in any sort of penalty decided by a staff member.

Legal Policy:
- Wartale service comes "as-is" without any express or implied warranty.
- Wartale is a free service that requires no payment of any kind, this is an open service for all those who registered, comply and agreed to this Terms of Service.
- Wartale can not be held liable for any damage resulted from using the service, including but not limited to the usage of the website, the forum and files provided by Wartale.
- Wartale reserves the right to close the service permanently or temporarily at any time for any reason. There will be no compensation towards the User.
- Wartale may scan the User's computer for unauthorized third party software or files that directly and/or indirectly modifies the Wartale service.
- All Game Accounts, Characters and any other data related to Wartale are property of the Wartale service, not its Users. Therefore, you can not claim any property in Wartale.
- In the event of loss of Game Accounts or any type of loss or change in the Wartale service, there will be no compensation towards the User.
- Wartale provides a free service but Wartale accepts donations to support our service from a user's free will, all donations made towards the service are non-refundable.
- Wartale is a strict private community for gamers only, any other type of individual is not allowed to use the Wartale service. Your intention to register is to play games. You agree that collected files, data or screenshots directly or indirectly related to the Wartale service are void and null.
- You do not use the Wartale service in the name of an anti-piracy group. You are not employed by, hired by, representing, or otherwise related to an anti-piracy group. You are a natural individual, any other form of legal entity is not allowed to use the Wartale service.
- The files provided by the Wartale service can auto update, this includes but is not limited to changing, creating, moving, renaming and deleting files in the installed directory, its subdirectories and the temporary directory.
- Wartale is a free service, Wartale only has users, not customers.
- Wartale is for educational purposes only.
- Wartale blocks proxies, website scanner services and website pinger services. If the User accesses the Wartale services using one of these methods, the User understands his action is a criminal offense under computer intrusion laws. In this case, the User agrees to the exclusive transfer of all rights and licenses he represents and/or holds to the Wartale service and the User acknowledges that all information he has collected from the Wartale service is void and null.
- Wartale may block Users by their geographic area's. Methods to do so include but is not limited to blocking based on the User's IP address or E-Mail Address. Users resident in the following countries may not use, collect data and access services of Wartale: Republic of South Korea, Brazil and Canada. In case the User intentionally or unintentionally circumvents this block to access the Wartale services, this will be prosecuted as computer intrusion and is punishable by law as a criminal offense. In this case, the User agrees to the exclusive transfer of all rights and licenses he represents and/or holds to the Wartale service and the User acknowledges that all information he may have collected from the Wartale service is void and null.

Privacy Policy:
For each User, Wartale stores the following personal information, for a limited time, in a database:
- E-Mail Addresses
- IP Addresses
- MAC Addresses
- Computer Names
- User Names
- (Unique) Device ID's

This information is used for logging and security purposes. If any problem occurs we contact you on the provided E-Mail Address.
Wartale does not share your information with any third party.
In the case of an attack on our database in which data was stolen, Wartale can not be held liable for any damages.

Penalty Policy:
- Wartale reserves the right to permanently or temporarily ban a User from using the Wartale service at any time and for any reason and without compensation towards a User. Methods to ban a User include, but are not limited to, by IP Address, MAC Address, Unique Device ID or E-Mail Address.
- Wartale reserves the right to permanently or temporarily ban any Game Account at any time and for any reason and without compensation towards a User.
- Wartale reserves the right to delete any Game Account at any time and for any reason and without compensation towards a User.
- Wartale reserves the right to delete any data of any Game Account at any time and for any reason and without compensation towards a User.

You must read, understand and agree to the Terms of Service before every use of the Wartale service. When the Terms of Service has changed, you agree to the new Terms of Service. At every use of the Wartale service, you've agreed to the latest Terms of Service.
You have read and understood this Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to the Terms of Service you are not allowed to use the Wartale service, you must delete all files, data and screenshots directly or indirectly related to the Wartale service immediately and you agree it is void and null. You must stop using the Wartale service and leave.
